Seo Young-bok is a mother of four children. On the surface, her family seems happy, but in reality they live in poverty. All six members of her family had to sleep in one room, which led to Seo Young-bok’s strong desire to provide separate rooms for her children.
To achieve this goal, she joins a group of sellers of imported adult products. Through this work, Seo Young-bok hopes to improve her family’s life and provide a better future for her children.

On the other hand, there’s Kim Do-hyun, a cop who doesn’t seem to be directly related to the four women. He grew up in a wealthy family and was educated at an Ivy League school in the United States. After returning to South Korea, he worked as a police officer and was promoted to the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.
However, Kim Do-hyun was later transferred to Geumje Police Station. His presence in this small town raised questions as he seemed to have no connection to the area. But, underneath it all, he holds a secret that has yet to be revealed.
