
September has come and gone. There’s something new to look forward to from Netflix as the most popular OTT channel. Every month, Netflix will release new shows including Korean content that brings a lot of excitement.
This September, Netflix has prepared 3 Korean shows that are ready to invite a tense, action-packed atmosphere. Here is the full list. Check it out!
1. Officer Black Belt
Kim Woo Bin is making a comeback through a Netflix original project after last impressing in the drama Black Knight. On (9/13), the actor will officially show his new side in the movie titled Officer Black Belt.
The main focus of the action-comedy film will highlight Lee Jung Do (Kim Woo Bin) who is an order taker at his father’s chicken restaurant.
One day, Lee Jung Do, who has martial arts skills in taekwondo, kendo, and judo, helps an officer who is under attack. Thanks to his help, Lee Jung Do got an offer to replace the injured officer for 5 weeks.
In his new project, Kim Woo Bin will act with Kim Sung Kyun who becomes his officer partner.
2. Culinary Class Wars
Cooking competition-themed shows will always be the right choice to accompany leisure time. There is inspiration and motivation that is always well conveyed.
Famous Korean chefs Baek Jong Won and Anh Sung Jae will again show their knowledge and skills in cooking as judges in the Culinary Class Wars program.
Scheduled to air on (17/9), Culinary Class Wars will invite viewers to experience the fierce competition between famous chefs and unknown chefs.
Although their image is different, their cooking skills are equally unquestionable. In every competition, there will be unique challenges that bring suspense.
3. Gyeongseong Creature 2
Park Seo Jun and Han So Hee will continue their journey in following a series of missing persons cases in the second series of Gyeongseong Creature.
This second series will premiere on (9/27) with conflicts that are no less complicated and intriguing, especially with their unfinished relationship.
Gyeongseong Creature 2 will take place in 2024, where the city of Gyeongseong is already known as Seoul. Jang Ho Jae (Park Seo Jun), who has a resemblance to Jang Tae Sang, a character in the previous series, suddenly meets Yoon Chae Ok (Han So Hee). The meeting unknowingly brought back memories of the past in Gyeongseong.
